The execution of the project will be complemented, throughout its development, with a parallel training project to involve professionals, institutions, students and national or international residents in the construction, as well as from nearby towns, so that the construction process becomes a focus of activity at a local and international level during construction that projects the image of the region and also reverts to the community in the long term, training professionals in the area and involving its inhabitants in an open construction process.
The financing of this process will be complemented by the organization of these complementary workshops, established during the different phases throughout the construction, making it possible to publicize traditional techniques and studying the adaptation of new techniques and materials for the implementation of sustainable construction systems that adapt to what already exists.
Institutional collaboration could translate into the provision of regulated training, such as training and employment programs, or specific professional training, and it could also translate into a greater impact on the visibility of the project.
The proposal is to introduce the concept of “open for works” into the construction process, enhancing the transparency of the project, from its conception to final execution, promoting the transmission of knowledge in all its phases, valuing the region through the assessment of its architecture and encouraging the collaboration of the community, which will be involved not only as part of the construction process, but as an agent responsible for the survival over time of the material and immaterial values of the place.
